Fermentation is not the only route to producing whole unadulterated fish liver oil. More ancient production methods are also available, but are largely unknown in today’s industrialised modern world, having been lost through the ages.

We use methods based on the ancient and age-old principles of nature's seasons to extract our oil, which produces superior quality, rare extra-virgin oil.
